Communication was poor as when the car was dropped off, it was parked at the wrong house (next door) and key posted through the wrong letterbox.

Really impressed with MOT PLUS MK. It was such a relief to have my MOT done at a fair, honest price. Their service was quick and efficient – I had the car in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Arrived a little later than planned but kept me updated and explained they were waiting on a part. Work was carried out quickly and everything seems fine so far — will know for sure after the MOT next week. There was an issue with the handbrake adjustment not being completed due to a snapped bracket, but after I raised it they agreed to refund me for that part which was fair. Overall, decent communication and happy with the rest of the work.

I booked a home service for a change of front brake discs and pads but my car was actually taken to Erdington local garage by mechanic Jameel. My appointment time was between 08:00-10:00 am, Jameel arrive at 09:00 am to collect my MAZDA CX3 2016 reg. It was returned back to my house at 12:30 noon time same day Tuesday 02 Sept. 2025. I requested a picture of the old and new brake discs and pads from Jameel and it was provided. So far my car is in good working condition and both sides front brake discs and pads are brand new fitted with a total cost of £162.09.
