Mohammed was excellent in every way. Reason for 4 stars for punctuality, is that I was not present for the inspection of the car.

Russell had amazing communication before during and after the booking. He kept me informed of any potential issues and also gave advice on future works that may be needed on my car. He is a hard worker and did amazing work on my car. He is a credit to the platform and I would recommend him and click mechanic to my friends when looking for mobile repair services.

Steve and his helper were polite, friendly, communicative and very knowledgeable about the work to be undertaken, which was rear brake discs and pads, he also checked the front discs and pads and advised no work needed, I felt in safe hands. Arrived early, which wasn't a problem and finished within the expected duration even with the additional work on one of the brake calipers. I would highly recommend Steve, excellent experience of ClickMechanic (again).

Darren was outstanding. A little late getting to me after getting stuck on a previous job, but was flowing over with apologies. Not a problem. Worked quickly and efficiently double checking each step. Couldn’t have wished for better service. And the rain held off!!

The work was carried out to the full. Great. I have said enough, not sure why clickmechanic are asking for an essay.

The lads completed the clutch replacement in good time even though the drive shaft would not release from the hub and they had to strip all the suspension to complete the job.

Thomas was great. He was prompt, courteous, and happy to answer all questions I had. He did a fantastic job and I will be looking to have him do any jobs needed in the future.

Dealing with Jack was super easy and gave me a quote in minutes whilst being responsive. Had josh come and collect my car, easy to deal with and sent me photos and sorted my car out with replace the rocker cover and then doing service. Would definitely use these guys again 🤝🏽
