Cannot praise Marcus highly enough - 5 stars doesn’t even come close to how good he is. I had booked in for a replacement DPF. Marcus called me to day before he was due to do the work and talked through the issues I was having and asked why I thought I needed a new DPF, I explained I had taken the car to a local garage for a forced regeneration and they told me it had failed as the DPF was too blocked. Marcus told me in his experience this was very unusual & asked if I would be happy to let he attempt to clear the DPF. He turned up an hour later and within the hour had sorted the problem. I can’t thank him enough he saved me at least £200.00. He is very honest, knowledgeable, professional and clearly takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus, you will be in safe & skilled hands. Thank you Marcus so very happy with the job you did.

Andrei was lovely. Called to tell me he was en route, let me know what needed doing and how long roughly it would take. He called as soon as he was done and explained thoroughly what he had done and a couple of other issues he found on the way. He advised me what I should do and what to ask for on my next booking. Andrei followed up the next day to see how Big Bad Barry (my car) was doing and to check all was OK. I 100% recommend click mechanic.
