Dave was excellent. Came out next day when couldn’t get into a garage for over a week. Quickly sorted issue.

Firstly I should state that I had two mechanics the first arrived took the alternator out went off to get another and said he would be back the following day I still have the text to say don’t panic I will be back tomorrow. I tried calling him texting him and no response, nothing. The stress he caused me and my wife, she thought we had been scammed , was unbelievable. The job was then cancelled money refunded. I then had to through the whole process again meanwhile spending £60 on taxis to get to work. I asked for this to be reimbursed and nothing. Last Monday Joe another mechanic turned up with new alternator fitted it but battery could not be charged but he noticed it was a Bosch and he told me that it had a 4 year gurantee or warranty so I contacted the garage and our Son picked up brand new battery and fitted it. Car now working but the first mechanic a complete waste of space, no reimbursement of the £60 that I had to spend because of him but Joe the second mechanic was brilliant and I will ask for him again Thanks Joe
