This he did. Sent 1 email after recieving report asking him to expand on a comment on the report . This he did. I’m afraid I’m unable to reasonably answer re the quality of the work as I know nothing about cars and since it was a service can’t tell how well or otherwise the work was done I have rated it as 5 as I had to put something and just hope it was good

Excellent service all round. Advance communication; attitude and manner on site; making sure the work was required; time taken to undertake the work; after care; information provision. Everything was top class.

Had coolant leak, the first time. Booked for DIAGNOSTIC check and cylinder head gasket replacement on 24 FEB He said everything is okay with the car but got it back with engine management light on and acceleration problem (on 2nd march) which we didn’t have it before. Gave it back for warranty inspection and repair (7march). Said faulty gasket just after 2days of driving. Got It back Monday (20march). Still got it back with heavy accelerator and engine light again on on Thursday (23march) which I only drive for 3days about 7miles everyday. For a person who has 31 years of experience, and a diagnostic check, he couldn’t or didn’t say anything about whats wrong with the car or how long it will take which was unbelievable. Didn’t even gave any updates unless I called or texted. A whole month of this has become really frustrating. Not taking it back again. Total waste of money and time.
