My car had multiple problems and he helped me with everything, was patient and answered all my questions. Nigel was able to come at very short notice ( which other companies could not), this was crucial as there was a queue of people wanting to buy the vehicle and I was under pressure to make a quick decision. His report was very thorough and explained everything very well. It was a bit gutting to be told that the vehicle I had set my heart on really wasn't good in many important areas but of course it has saved me a lot of heart ache and money and trouble going forward - which is exactly why I wanted a report in the first place - so thank you !

I was initially pleased with the ease with which I was able to book my Citroen C4 in for replacement brake discs and pads at Gwent MOT Station, and the car was delivered back when expected with the repairs complete. However upon further inspection after receiving the car back from the Garage, I discovered that both the glovebox handle and the driver's seat height adjustment handle had been broken off. Furthermore, my bluetooth FM transmitter was nowhere to be seen once the car came back. Both the glovebox and seat adjustment handles were in full working order before I sent the car to the garage, which means that the interior had been damaged whilst in the Mechanic's care, and it appears the bluetooth FM transmitter was taken, as it has always lived in the car. I do have to give some credit to the garage/clickmechanic, as they did agree to compensate me for a new glovebox handle. However, because I only noticed the damage to the seat height adjustment handle some weeks after, they were not willing to accept responsibility for this breakage which was disappointing. Ultimately, this level of disregard for a customer's vehicle is unacceptable. Any customer expects to receive their vehicle back from a garage in perfect condition, with nothing broken, and certainly nothing stolen, especially after paying nearly £600 on repairs and a new MOT. It's clear that the mechanics that collected and dropped off the car had zero regard for it, and it's been a huge headache having to replace and sort out things that I absolutely did not expect to have to sort when leaving the car with a trusted and reputable garage through clickmechanic.

Diyar is fantastic! He kept me updated from the time of the booking to his arrival at my location. He is a knowledgeable mechanic and got my problem fixed in no time. I am happy with the work that has been done and I would book with Diyar again in the future.
