I wouldn't recommend this service it cost a lot more than quoted took over a week and the tray under the engine fell off on the A27 destroying itself.. very stressful.toom

Mechanic Xhemajl (Jamal😄) was extremely friendly and did a top job. I used Click mechanic 3 times to change the timing belt and this time it was totally a different experience. Jamal has lot of experience and knowledge and he even spent time to explained/taught me a few things. I will definitely book him again. Book him people, you won't be disappointed.

Very apologetic for lateness but very late. Job was done professionally and rapidly so that I could still make an appointment.

I booked Kai through ClickMechanic to replace the track rods on my car. Upon arrival, he realized the inner and outer track rods were seized, which required a full track rod assembly replacement. Although he tried to separate the components, he was unable to do so. He then left to re-quote the job, charging a diagnostic fee, which I paid as I needed the car repaired urgently. When he returned to complete the job, he fitted the new track rod assembly but encountered issues removing the rubber gaiters (boots). Unfortunately, he ripped one gaiter, leaving a significant portion of the steering rack exposed to water, dirt, and debris. He also removed the undertray to carry out the work, which is understandable, but it was not refitted, leaving steering critical components vulnerable especially in Scotland’s wet climate. Kai advised he would return after 100 miles to check the track rods and refit the undertray, which I respected. However, this meant additional inconvenience and an incomplete job. Due to time constraints, I had to take the car to another garage to refit the undertray and replace the damaged gaiter work that could have been done in one visit if properly planned as he charged a Diagnostic fee. Lastly, he left his oil pan behind, and despite my attempts to contact him, he never returned to collect it. While he completed much of the work correctly, the lack of foresight, the damaged gaiter, and the incomplete finish left me frustrated and inconvenienced. Based on this experience, I would not trust my car to him again.

I didn’t get to meet Stuart due to a family emergency, but his communication has been excellent throughout. He carried out the work that was booked at my home without issue, in lousy weather too, and has been one less thing to worry about. I wouldn’t have any qualms about booking Stuart again for further work.

He quickly identified the wrong part, promptly ordered the correct one, and returned the very next day to fix the issue with my heating motor. His work was fast, efficient, and reliable.
