First time I've used ClickMechanic, and honestly was a little bit worried - but my usual garage guy doesn't do clutches any more, so wasn't sure which garage to use. I'm so glad I took the chance, because Mike from Unloved is a really great guy - one of those people you feel able to trust instantly, which put my mind at ease. Mike collected the car as promised and was really friendly and helpful. I think the job took longer than he expected (my wife's 2008 C3 Pluriel - what can I say? Everything on that car takes longer than expected!), but Mike worked into the evening to complete the job - he's clearly a grafter. The car was delivered back to me first thing in the morning as promised, and it's like driving a new car! Absolutely fantastic job - I would 100% recommend, and will be choosing Unloved Garage again in the future. If you're reading this and apprehensive about booking - don't be. Daniel was prompt, and communicated brilliantly. Arrived on time and worked like a horse, in the rain, and fixed my daughters Fiat 500. He then found another fault, where he went away to buy the parts needed, and carried on all afternoon fixing it. Really nice bloke, felt very comfortable, which isn’t always the case being a single woman in the world of mechanics! Would definitely recommend.
