Car was stuck on the driveway with a electric park brake issue. Mechanic arrived next day after booking was made. Very quick to diagnose problem with his computer and a bit of trouble shooting. Parts were ordered and appointment made for repair on driveway the following day. Very happy with the service and repair was efficient and quick.

He helped us figure out what the issue was and didn’t complain when the car broke down away from the house. Communication was a small issue and we had to suggest going for a drive to recreate the issue.

Good communication and speedy response time. However after quote was received unable to carry out work as not able to provide guarantee of repair which put me back to square 1.
