Really pleased excellent service provided by Charlie he was friendly & timely

Excellent job and two front wheel coild springs were replaced within one hour and then did a Vehicle Health Check for the car. I would book Stefan for future repair job.

He diagnosed the fault, said he would give me a price to sort the job out, which he did, but now been told he can't do it, got to find someone to do it now. Bit annoyed at that with saying they could. But being fair he did what was asked and diagnosed the problem.

Emil was friendly and got on with the job straightaway, I was happy with his work and he explained what he had done his work was high quality and I was pleased that he found a cracked drive belt during the car inspection so I was happy that I chose that option. I booked in right away to get the belt done as an urgency Emil done that by taking the car away and bringing it back to me very quickly indeed!

Hassan was great, on time, knew his stuff and explained the process in detail. I would highly recommend him for all your mechanical needs !

Rhys was extremely helpful both pre and post service. He collected genuine Mercedes parts and fitted them within no time at all. I will definitely be using the service again purely for experience, price, and convenience. 5*

Jay was great. Picked up the car the day before it was even due (so the day I actually commissioned the job) because he was in the area. Found something else wrong with it related to job I wanted doing (and sent DM video footage of it) and got it all fixed in 2 days, as I needed it back for something I wasn't expecting at the weekend. He couldn't drop it back off for staffing reasons but considering it only took 2 days to order the parts and fit them I was happy to head out to pick my car up myself.

Shpetim from SDS Motors did a great job sorting out a couple of issues with my car. He explained everything well and showed me what he had done in person and with photos. He also helped me find the source of a water leak in the back of the car and sealed it up for me. Very flexible on pickup and drop off times at my house to work around me. Would definitely trust Shpetim with my car again in future.

Happy with the work they carried out, but was dissatisfied that he couldn’t replace the disc as well as it turned out that the other disc he brought was second hand.This was not his problem as this is what he was sold from the shop. £102 only for labour of replacing brake pads is bit expensive, if I had booked brake pads replacement only it would have been cheaper than what I was charged for.Can someone explain explain why the labour costs are not standard?
