Do not use this garage absolutely poor communication and damage your vehicle but dont accept responsibility. Didnt get my vehicle back until 8.15pm and they collected it at 10.30am just to change heater matrix. What a bunch of cowboys. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Rahul is not the mechanic hes the driver who collects the vehicle's and the picture is false as its from Snap On website. That's no picture of Rahul all false information and not even online or got a website.

Mechanic was friendly and pleasant and identified the problem plus necessary works needed in a reasonable timescale.

We needed the brakes looking at urgently before going away on holiday which was a 5 hour drive, the vehicle was collected by the mechanic on time and he reassured us it would be sorted and back to us asap, he kept to that and called us advising it was done and he was on his way back with the car.

Although Ashley was not present one of gis team picked the car up right on time, all was completed along with MOT, car brought back when completed and very happy with work, a bit of a surprise this morning as the cost had risen some what, from £222 all in for service and MOT up to £359, although happy to pay due to using Clickmechanic still a surprise..

Mo arrived on time, he had already phoned to say he was on his way. Changed rear brake shoes and then adjusted the handbrake cable. Let me check to make sure I was happy with his work before billing me.

Mechanic was great and got the job done very quickly. Unfortunately they were let down by their office team who had ordered the wrong part meaning that he had to come back the next day. He was late to the initial job due to the same reason. Score has downgraded to reflect poor office team performance.
