Not happy with what he did compared to how much it cost. Rip off price for just a plug in and tell you the problem. Could of put that money towards a garage diagnosing the problem AND fixing it.

He was friendly but did not have a clue what he was doing I had already said my exhaust had gone off at the back He didn’t even Jack it up to look udder to see how much damage was done. He the. Put 2 cable toes on and said the cat will be ok now to drive and that o didn’t need to take to a garage. I drove it up to the garage with it banging and rattling .. Only to find there was a big hole in the back. Box and it was ready to drop off. I understand that he couldn’t have put right what it needed. But to pay £77 for 2 cable ties I may as well had green flag to have taken me to the garage. Waste of money.

Mohammed completed a pre-purchase inspection as I live a long way from the vehicle. Communication was great and the inspection highlighted some things that needed to be addressed as well as other things not mentioned in the advert. Very helpful and thorough.

Chavis was superb. The job turned out to be a bigger one than estimated, and needed an extra visit. Super service and a lovely bloke as well. Happy to recommend him based on my experience

Lee was incredibly thorough. He was clear with explanations relating to general maintenance / upkeep. Checked over lots of bits on my van on top of focusing on my concerns. You can tell he knows his stuff and has a very logical way of identifying any issues. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Very friendly and punctual, but gave wrong advice. He made a diagnostic saying the car would need a new battery and a new alternator. As he couldn't repair on site (understandably for not having the parts) he told us we would get a quote online with a choice of garages who would carry out the work. I never received anything. I ended up bringing the car to a local garage and they only changed the battery in the end. The alternator was working just fine!

Safeer was great - knowledgeable, friendly and resolved the issue with the car !

Colin was a very lovely and pleasant person. He spoke to me with a lot of respect , even though I know nothing about cars . He serviced the car and talked me through things that needed done , and answered a few questions that I was a little confused about which was an added bonus .I’m more than happy with Colin’s work and will surely use this company again. 5* rating . Thank you Colin will be asking for you personally next time and will be recommending you to everyone I know.
