Did exactly what was needed for a good price - wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Perfect - car was collected on time, had the service report and MOT results emailed through before car was returned then had paper copies handed to me when car was brought back. Great service, great price, definitely using again!

Graham was super helpful. I was able to contact him and explain the issue so he knew what he was going to be looking at when he arrived.

Rang me twice about my booking, even turned up early but called to ask if it was ok. very polite, replaced the water pump and advised on a few other things to watch out for. would recommend and use him again.

Fitted the wrong tyres, charged me before I even had the vehicle back and I've just had one of the tyres changed after 3 months as it was faulty, they also never torqued the wheel nuts correctly so it was impossible for myself to change a flat tyre, in the words of the AA man who I had to call out it's " disgusting workmanship " also I had new brake discs and pads and they still squeeze. AVOID.

Mechanic wasn't a great help. They didn't seem very knowledgeable and was unable to confirm or resolve the problem. Was friendly enough but commincations skills weren't great. I found the service was not value for money (30 minutes/£90/not much help), and based on this experience I would not use this service again or recommend.

Carlton was very helpful and did a great job, would highly recommend him. Went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my car.

My normal garage did not have any free appointments for a number of week therefore I needed a water pump to be replaced quickly as my AUDI Q5 would have been out of action. Zoltan accepted the job and booked and kept me updated when he would arrive. He showed me the replacement part, explained what need to be done and job was able to be done on the driveway. The job was completed within the estimated time and Zoltan showed the fault on the old unit. All completed with minimal fuss and at home and now car now back on the road. Great service with easy booking process.

Chris did well in replacing the battery for my car. But he keeps breaking his promise to come over to finish the rest of the job. So to sum up, I am not happy with his service.
