I had a time slot booked between 8:00 and 10:00. I did call up about 10:00 as I had not heard from the mechanic and was advised that they will be with me shortly and they did try calling me twice. They arrived and were very friendly and it shocked me how quick they were but thorough. I have been sent the report and very happy with the work that was done today.

First attempt, the part where supplied incorrectly. Second time I was left with a faulty car that I had to recover to a garage to have repaired. I would 100% avoid the AA and their customer service team. The only positive was the people they sent being friendly.

Mark was great. It was a difficult fiddly job in the freezing cold. Mark did a fantastic job. I now have a nice toasty car. (Two other garages had fobbed me off saying it was impossible to fix).
