I am very happy with the repair that was done to my car. I initially booked a repair for my Brake pads and discs. This came to around £230. When I had my service done at a Honda dealership, they suggested that I replace the Brake pads and discs for the front wheels. They were charging me around £360. It was already cheaper to book it with Click Mechanic for the same repair. When the mechanic came, he was very professional, had new parts ready and ready to do the repair. When he saw my discs, he said they don't need to be changed as there isn't anything wrong with it. He offered to just change the brake pads and refund the amount for the discs. I was very impressed with what he was saying. Normally people don't try to save you money on things you don't need. In total I ended up saving another £140 and only had to pay £90.

A truly professional mechanic with a professional and effective work ethic. Arrived exactly when he said he would and finished on time, too. This was a great customer experience. I could not ask for any more. Service at a fair price, and service with a smile!

Adam is great, goes above and beyond to explain what he's doing and he communicates it all in simple terms that a non-engine person like me can understand. It's the first time I have spoken to a mechanic who gives me confidence they know what they're doing. The issue was fixed and he helpfully noted another potential issue with the battery. I'll definitely reach out to Adam for any issues in the future.
