Needed a clutch replacement on my VW caddy urgently and no local garage could see me within 10 days which is highly frustrating. Was hesitant to use click mechanic but have been pleasantly surprised. Got an appointment same day, and Imran took on my job! Imran called me prior to leaving to let me know he was collecting parts and gave me an ETA. Upon arrival he got straight to work. Half way through imran called me out to show me the old parts and explained how they had worn out, and compared them to the new parts he was fitting. He didn’t have to do this, but it was peace of mind knowing what had caused the issue. Job was tied up very quickly and professionally and I was informed of all warranty on parts ect. Have been very happy with Imrans work so far and would happily call him out again!

Superb. Clear communications pre work and throughout. A particular difficult brake caliper holder removal on an older car. Great work!

Denis was good but let down by the spares he had. He struggled with the rear brakes as he had been given the wrong discs.

Thought they had done a good job until the following day the car under tray had become loose and started dragging on the road leaving my wife stranded until someone could help her. It obviously hadn't been secured properly when replaced during the service. Schoolboy error!

Constantin was very friendly, carried out the work quickly, helping out with the battery that I was struggling with and offered aftercare if I had any issues. Fantastic.

they did extremely well and in returned car quickly after timing belt and water pump replacement highly recommended as friendly and polite will use them again without hesitation 10 star garage

Not really helpful and didn’t seem to know EVs which felt like money thrown away nice enough guy etc prehaps if you have EV issue this not the place to get it resolved

Well if ever I need a mechanic again I hope that you send the same guy again you do have a winner he was so helpful and was not afard to tell me what he was doing thanks you very much thanks

Andrew did an excellent job and was very professional and obliging. Took my car to the garage whilst awaiting part and delivered back to me 24 hours earlier than expected. Excellent service!!
