He was very thorough and gave me additional information on the pdf levels, which actually saved me from having the extra expense of getting the job done. Was very organised in his approach to the job in hand.

I barely spoke with anybody. I told the mechanic who collected the car the brake pad were advised to be replaced on my recent MOT. That was it. Car taken and returned within a few hours. No explanation of work, just kets handed over. I assume the pads had been changed.
