I was apprehensive about using Clickmechanic but as soon as I has spent 5 mins talking to Daniel (mechanic) I was very confident I’d made correct decision. Did major service on my Juke. Assured me there would be no mess. Protected the driveway. He even ran diagnostics check on issue car had even though only booked service. When finished took me through everything he had done in detail, showed the removed parts and even had taken photos and videos of him doing the work just to make sure I was happy. Brilliant service from him and nice friendly person. You don’t get this from a dealer. Definitely use him again👍

Chris was very helpful - explained in detail what the problem was and didn’t rush. No repairs were carried out as it was a diagnostic appointment booked but offered further support if needed.

Found the issue promptly and came back quickly with a quote to fix the issue.
