Steve turned up early,which helped. He was very good,even though he had to get a different replacement belt. He took the trouble to explain the amended price. Job was done very quickly. Nice to see someone who supports my team ;) Well done. Recommended.

Efficient and friendly. The original battery was the wrong size this was rectified and fitted a few hours later.

Simba was delayed but when he arrived, he quickly identified that there was no issue with the alternator and it was merely that I needed a new battery, which he fitted. He checked for any obvious faults but there were none, and I was up and running! Not as expensive as I feared. Very pleased.

Car was picked up during stated timeframe from clickmechanic, the person taking the car back to the garage was friendly and informed of the rear shock absorber replacement. My car was returned a few hour's later with the work completed. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely use again.

I didn’t see the mechanic as his “friend” picked the van up and dropped it off, he didn’t tell me what work was carried out so I called the mechanic myself, he was helpful to be honest.

Happy with the work carried out but very disappointed with the lack of communication. Told it would be a 5 hr job. Car picked up Sunday night and not ready until the following Saturday. I had to call every evening to chase up.
