Maz the mechanic was amazing. Within 1 hour of me booking on clickmechanic.com, maz was in contact with me. He went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t have to do anything. Maz had previous experience with BMW which filled me with confidence. He inspected the car the following day and I received the report a couple of hours later. Patrick did not fix the problem , the advice he gave me just wasted more time and money. He seemed agitated and rude at times . I wasted an afternoon and morning waiting for him . I do not think I was sent the right mechanic for the job , otherwise it would have been fixed. I have found the whole click mechanic experience bad and hopefully it will can be resolved quickly.
