Ion was excellent, arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Spotted an extra issue which he informed me of and sorted that for me as well as the other work. Also let me know about a couple of other things that may need to be sorted in the future. No complaints from me, would be happy to have him work on the car again 👍

Click mechanic messaged me at 08:50 to say that my mechanic would be there between 14:00-16:00. Ryan contacted me around 13:00 to say that he would arrive around 1hr 30mins. Ryan arrived on time, was approachable and friendly, took around 40 mins to complete the job. Ryan explained to me and showed me what had happened to the part replaced (accelerator/throttle pedal). Would definately not hesitate to use again.

Azhar was absolutely brilliant! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, his communication was excellent. He contacted me before, during and after the inspection and was open, transparent and very helpful. Azhar was even able to do the inspection sooner than I thought would be possible and contacted be to check this was okay. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.

Still not got my car back. Promised this morning. Still waiting. Communication is terrible . Keep getting mixed responses
