Charlie was very thorough and gave me a great impression of what the van was like. He painted a picture that I could understand, which is important for non-technical people like me.

He was responsive and I am happy with the work. However a little disappointed that I was led to believe the work would be carried out at home unless it wasn’t practical to do. I did read that I could be charged up to £70 more for pick up and drop off. As well as when booking it stated Monday for the repair but it was actually Wednesday when it came to fruition. Even more disappointed when a further £70 was taken without any consultation or authorisation from myself. I felt hoodwinked and there was no transparency. Obviously this is the garage’s responsibility to have informed me of this but that didn’t happen. So I will be wary in the future about using this service as I believe that you are led to believe work can be done sooner and there was no negotiations on the up to £70 or any reason given as to why the work could not be carried out at my home as described on the website.

Work was fine, they were an hour late to pick up, told me they would return the car around 3.30pm. It’s now almost 5.30pm and I’m still waiting for it. My son’s nursery closes as 6pm. Very stressful.

James explained that the wheel cylinder had seized on one side and carried out the work required and requested without fuss. He did explain that he chose higher quality brake shoes and the additional cost before starting the work so there was no misunderstanding at completion. I am a qualified industrial mechanical fitter but due to injury could not complete work myself on this occasion. James was fast efficient and good workmanship displayed at all times. Would use again if required.

Robert was excellent, would highly recommend. He identified the issue with my car, told me what to as needed and how to avoid the issue in the future. He returned a few days later and carried out the repair.

Jm was very quick, punctual and efficient with his diagnostic. Communication was also great. Came the next day and I’m already booked in with them for the repair. Will 100% use again!

Very happy with the work carried out. Spent a while on diagnosing the car. No current fault found, couple of historical ones. Did suggest a few things which could have caused EML to come on. Good service.
