I wasn't actually at home when the work was carried out. My partner was though and she relayed to me what was happening. Michael was professional and told my partner exactly what he was doing and diagnosed that what happened may of affected/damaged the gearbox. He did what I booked him into do which was great and because he didn't have to fit the part i thought needed doing it came in cheaper than the inicial quote. I would definitely recommend Micheal though he seemed to know his stuff.

Lee was brilliant. Rang when he was 10 mins away to double check everything. Fixed the drive belt and found why it had snapped in the first place. Offered to come back the next day to fix the other issue. Can not complain one bit.
