I had to call the mechanic 4 times, eventually they showed up 5hrs late at 10pm to perform a full service in the dark. Although the report was marked all green the break light was out and showed an error on the dashboard, the washer fluid was not filled up. This led me to believe they had not performed a full service at all and did a rush job. They said they performed a courtesy code check however the next day my alternator failed of which the AA mechanic identified the issue in 30 seconds with a screwdriver and was shocked to believe I'd had a full service the day before. Avoid Chris and team with a barge pole, bunch of cowboys! They did offer a £20 refund which I laughed at. Sorry but your £20 discount on a £225 oil change really doesn't make up for me losing my day and evening waiting on you.

Steven was fantastic, on time and super polite, answered all the questions I had and has a very wide range of knowledge, I can't recommend him enough, great to finally found a mechanic we can trust!

Brilliant service from start to finish, kept advised through the whole process and works completed exactly to time. Also worked around for collection and delivery. Would highly recommend.

Kalim was a really nice guy, he kept us informed throughout with photos and videos, collected the car and returned it as soon as the clutch was fixed, I would highly recommend using this mechanic, he is trust worthy and skilled.

Yes Wayne was very helpful. Before he arrived I checked the engine and noticed that a connection had not been made to one of the units. Having repaired many cars as a youngster in the 50s and 60's I can't cope with computers. Anyway he turned the engine on and it was fine. Clearly it was the part that was not connected. I don't know why as it had been in for a computer check. Presumably a mechanic had looked in the engine. Given a lawyer could see the problem I'm surprised they didn't.

Yes. He diagnosed the actual fault in the car and didn't fit a new starter motor which I thought was the problem.

Jonathon was excellent for us, he reported several issues with a car we were looking to purchase, issues that we had not found or noticed when we looked at the car, had a great chat with him regarding the report on completion, well worth the money and piece of mind when buying a used car from a private seller.
