They were friendly and arrive well within the time slot given the only thing I have to criticise is that they never put wing protectors on my car and by not doing so there are light scratches on both my wings.

Vlad from Blue Star was brilliant and completed the work promptly. He was very polite and his communications were excellent. I would definitely recommend his workmanship.

AA patrol Glenn was very helpful and fitted the starter motor. He identified a poor electrical connection and managed to start the vehicle. He advised me to run the engine for a period to charge the flat battery. After turning off the engine I was able to start it again. Unusual messages had previously appeared on the instrument gauges and Glenn advised that I contact an autoelectrician to resolve a possible wiring fault.

Lee and Ryan did an amazing job. Keep me updated with the extra job they needed to carry out and even came back once they'd left to check the car as I had a few queries. Worked far too late for a rainy Friday night so thank you. Will definitely be using these two again (I'm already awaiting a quote) thanks guys

The work carried out for clutch is hopefully OK but I was charged £110 extra which I queried but was no fed back. The job should take 24 to 48 hours but was almost a week. The car was supposed to be picked up 0930 to 1130 picked up at 1600. The car was supposed to be delivered back Tuesday AM but eventually arrived 2000
