Omer was great, much better service than for on a garage as he has a network of people he can call on for touch problems to diagnose. My problem had stumped 2 garages, one the main dealer! Omer called on a specialist pal to help and they found the problem! My DSG Passat had gear issues and no error codes - the found the code and identified the Mechatronic to be the problem 👍🏻

Hi. Yes my mechanic was very punctual, listened and gave the vehicle a full diagnostic. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars on quality is because he didn’t carry any work out, so couldn’t say as only a diagnostic.

He called and came earlier which was great. He did the service and break pad replacement on the spot. Overall I’m very satisfied. Good job!

Robert was able to fit me in a little earlier but phoned to check it was OK, which suited me. He changed my starter motor over, and had my van back on the road in under an hour. Prompt, good communication and a good job. Would highly recommend and use him again.
