the mechanic arrives a little later than we arranged, but took my van for its MOT and full service. Van was returned to me as agreed later in the afternoon. I have to say that having the van collected and returned is very convenient, and the price was more the fair compared to the other service centres where i would have to drop the van off and then collect it myself...it allow you to get on with your day, all in all a good service which i will use again.

Paul was great. Although he was given the incorrect part by a supplier he went out off his way to get the correct part to do the job as soon as he could. Also tightened a bolt for me that was not on the job list! Top man!

Daniel was fantastic. He was on time, really helpful and efficient and explained everything to me clearly. He got straight on with the job and was able to diagnose the issue and fix the car so I could get it back on the road. Craig was great again, stayed in touch and let me know what was happening as he had a bit of a bad morning, when he arrived he apologized and got straight on with the job, knew his stuff about my car and even did the research on the car before arriving to make his job easier to do. Once again he looked over the car whilst doing the job and let me know if he spotted anything that could be on the way out and what was good/bad. Overall phenomenal work from Craig, I will be using him again in the future.

No, Henry is ok but as an experienced mechanic, he should have expected the worst about an injector replacement. He should have been ready for the job, I’ve sent him a picture for his assessment but he wasn’t ready for the job.

JAMIE WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT .HIS CHECKS CONFIRMED WHAT I SUSPECTED THAT THE STARTER MOTOR WAS FAULTY.
