Mechanic was friendly clearly had a lot of experience. Work was carried out quickly, efficiently and was very clean and tidy.

I was expecting the mechanic to collect my car between 8am and 10am for a service and MOT he did not turn up there was no communication that he was going to be late despite messaging on this app and attempting to call the garage only for it to ring out. It took using the resolution centre for the mechanic to get in touch he eventually arrived over 3 hours later which caused great inconvenience , with a half hearted apology he had then said the car would be back by 5pm I was told that extra work would be needed (which is understandable ) by a message on the app which I think is something that should have been discussed in a phone call and now won't have the car back until Monday creating more inconvenience and still expected to pay full price for a disappointing service and communication

Jason was excellent in carrying out the work on my car and I can thoroughly recommend him. He has a professional approach and a very pleasant, friendly manner. I was also pleased that he texted me before the booking to let me know his time of arrival.
