Excellent, he found the problem very quickly and explained everything to me.

The garage took my booking for 8am-10am, so I waited for the mechanic to show up since early morning on a saturday, but they only turned up at 12:30pm, which wasn't ideal. But once they took the car for Aircon re-gas, they did a good job, fixed a minor leak on the spot too, and got my car back on the same day. Great work, the communication and punctuality could have been better!

Scott was amazing, he completed the job in record time, explained everything and was very professional, haven't seen an an engine come apart this quick, he even checked and advised on the headlight of the car which might result in an MOT failure

Marc was extremely friendly and knowledgeable - he was quick to respond to my messages and quickly identified the issues with my car (which the mechanic before failed to be able to do) and saved me spending a lot of money on fixtures that weren’t necessary. Michal communicated well by text before the appointment and turned up on time. He and his colleague diagnosed the problem straight away and were able to fix it on the spot, saving me from losing another day without the van.

Got a quote and they decided to take on the work. Brilliant amazing thank you. That’s about it. They completed the works however, decided to take my car off the drive way to their garage. Using 50 miles of my fuel and car to do it so they could do the work. But, the work that they then charged me above my quote for that they had accepted to say they were happy to do. So have proceeded to take extra money from me as well as use my car when it was not needed. I am absolutely fuming and would not use this garage again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Lewis was very friendly and good at explaining a complex problem. Slight delay due to difficulty in getting the correct timing chain. Car delivered back having had 50 miles of road testing and car back to normal. This was reassuring.

Can't complain about the pick up or MOT itself how was other issues I discovered after the car was returned.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE... Absolutely great experience... They kept me updated with photos and videos of what works needing doing before they went ahead with it. The communication from the team was brilliant when they arranged to collect and return my car on a Saturday... this was completed as hoped for and I have no worries about getting to work on Monday now :)

Friendly punctual and more important he knew what he was talking about soon got car sorted when taken in to his repair shop had car back same day
