These guys were amazing. Showed up early. Not only did the job I asked for diligently and thoroughly, but sorted another problem they’d identified during the process. Super friendly aswell. Which always makes the difference for me. By far the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic and will be using them for everything moving forward. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Daniel turned up for the initial diagnosis without problem. He was booked to do the follow up work. He changed the work needed to something more expensive for some reason and then cancelled the appointment an hour and a half into the designated booking time without a phone call. Very disappointing.

Can't fault them. Picked up my car earlier than expected and dropped off completed the same day. Went in for new starter motor and all in working order.

Do not use this garage absolutely poor communication and damage your vehicle but dont accept responsibility. Didnt get my vehicle back until 8.15pm and they collected it at 10.30am just to change heater matrix. What a bunch of cowboys. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Rahul is not the mechanic hes the driver who collects the vehicle's and the picture is false as its from Snap On website. That's no picture of Rahul all false information and not even online or got a website.

I was really impressed with the service from Mark and Son's. The mechanic arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it promptly. He was also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use ClickMechanic again
