Adrian was really helpful and got me out of a complete mess I was in, explained that I rounded the hex screw that locks the disc to the hub and he managed to get that out and sort one of the slide pins out the carrier and replace the pads and discs at the same time - overall experience friendly and job completed in no time. Would recommend.

Brilliant, knowledgeable and very quick! He was faced with a tricky situation too as my car was in a bit worse of a condition than realised but he tackled the issue no problem and very professionally and got my car running again!

Sam was in contact with me since I booked the job, I wanted to upgrade the oil used in the service, Sam was happy for me to supply my own oil which he deducted from the the quote. Sam arrived earlier since it was convenient for both of us and carried out the service and change brake pads in a timely manner. Very good service would recommend.

Joshua called the day before to confirm appointment time and location. He was on time on the day. Checked my non starting van and also got some extra equipment to make sure everything was checked. Getting this extra equipment made a world of difference (literally the difference between scrapping the van and it running without parts needed) Recommend Joshua for this reason as if he had not been this thorough we would be van shopping rather than having the time to leave the review.
