The Name mentioned while booking he Didn't come he send his mechanic. The day we booked they were not available we have to for 1 more day. They replaced the battery but they don't know how to program after replacement. Even no one told them car is hybrid. After replaced battery hybrid charging no working because they didn't put computer to rest the programs.

Really happy with everything. Got my van back the same day without any issues.

Abdul was great. He informed me he was going to be an hour late as part hadnt arrived. But that wasn't his fault )). I am happy with the fuel filter he changed for me . I just need to find out now if the fuel additive ive added to the tank cleans rest of system)). Not sure if new filter will solve the problem but it is something off the checklist))

As I never met the mechanic I can't comment as to his level of friendliness and knowledge. Circumstances with staffing meant that collection was well beyond the stated time-frame. However, apologies were fulsome, and the chap who collected and returned the car was very pleasant.
