Jon and his team were very professional and its the little things that made the difference- friendly and helpful communication with Sam, prompt pick up by Jon, an MOT certificate provided in a plastic pouch and overall personable interaction. I had a defective door which I brought to Jon's attention, not expecting it to be fixed and was delighted that when the car was returned this had been addressed as well.
