Unfair question never met him and only have the prepurchase report
I Can’t tell How good the report is till I’ve driven the new car for awhile

The mechanic was a friendly guy who explained what he had to do on the car, can't fault his work, and done at a very competitive price, brilliant service, 100% happy customer

Mechanic was fine, arrived on time, communicated additional work and got authorisation before commencing.
Communication with click mechanic was rubbish. I kept trying to contact them all day to change my card detail. In the end they charged my card and then offered to refund which will take 5 days and then charge the other card. There is no phone number to contact them and chat service doesn't work. No one has still responded to the emails that I sent.

Great MOT & service - great communication, great value. Half the price of going to a Volvo garage. Recommend :)

Very happy although I wasn't expecting the pad and disc replacements after only 13,000 miles. Anyway, it was explained that I could leave the repair a bit longer because the car had passed the MOT but I chose to have the work done that day.

On time and carried out the work quickly with no mess. Perfect job. I would happily use Click Mechanic again

Due to past experiences, I was beginning to believe that good honest garages don’t exist but SMS autocare were absolutely amazing! A1 service, from Kelvin who collected and delivered the car, Steve who kept me informed every step of the way and Jon who carried out the service. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of mechanics. They come highly recommended and will definitely be using their services again.
