I did not meet the mechanic personally myself because my car was taken to the garage by their driver (perhaps he was mechanic as well). The work was explained to me by email and over the phone, and all other relevant quotations for the car service were explained to me clearly. The cost was agreed before the work was carried out. I met three of their drivers/mechanic personally and spoke to the owner Jon over the phone. All of them were very friendly and professionally presented to me. Jon and his team were absolutely spot on , he opened up a good line of communication with me and continued to communicate in a friendly manner letting me know what was going on . I will fully admit I was dubious about using an online service to get work done but I wont hesitate to reccomend doing so to others . I have had my fingers burnt by other reputable garages . Hidden costs and delays .
I got a text telling me a timeslot when the car was being picked up.. that happened
A Price it was going to cost ...that happened without extra costs .
And the invoice confirming as such and the car returned in more than reasonable time , none of this "Nah sorry mate we got the wrong bit in" , or "we couldn't fit it in today maybe next Thursday " or the one I had last week from a reputed specialist who I booked in with after having the car overnight " Our technician had a look and doesn't feel confident fixing it "
I'm really pleased with the services all round on this . ..

Being from the service industry myself the longer the review the more likely it's going to be scathing , not in this case though , it's all good in this hood

Yes Very happy. Have used and recommended before. John did a service and MOT along with brake pads today. Very polite driver who collected and return our car. So easy and can't imagine using another garage after using this service.
