The mechanic turned up on time to collect my car and knowing I was finishing work at a specific time, went above and beyond I feel, to ensure the work was completed by then and car dropped back to me. He was also friendly and polite. And wow, what a difference the car now feels to drive after having the timing belt changed! Email from the garage send promptly with a breakdown of costings.
