Mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong with pump wiring after carrying out electrical tests. Pump seems to be working at the moment so issues could be contributed to cold weather snap. Car was returned very quickly and I was only charged for the inspection and tests. Good service. Would recommend SMS again

Jon communicated before my appointment , but my bonnet is scratched, where they worked it’s very dirty full of oil, radio turned full blast, safety belt stretched over the seat so the driver could drive without a safety belt

Hi Mr Koch
I am very sorry to hear of your poor service received on this occasion.As I explained earlier we had to employ a temporary driver for the day, and he has let us down badly by adjusting your radio settings and not ensuring that the car was clean. We wasn’t aware of any scratches on your bonnet, but will check the cctv in the workshop.
As we arranged earlier with you, we will collect the car and have the scratch repaired, clean the upholstery and return it to you as it should of arrived in the first place.
I would respectfully ask that you would then please consider amending your review of our service, as this was definitely not a true representation of the service that we provide

Ford Transit Custom EGR valve replacement

SMS were great. After my transit van had been to 3 other garages and cost me around a £1000 , each time i collected it the engine management light came back on after a short drive. Now it runs perfect and i can concentrate on getting back to work and earning some money. Its a thumbs up from me.
