John was very good. The car was collected and returned on time and the drivers were very polite. My only comment (and this is not a reflection on John) is that the Click Mechanic service did not make me aware that the car would be doing a 70mile round trip to get its brakes changed; had I known that I would have opted for a mobile or more local service to save fuel and environment costs.....
