As a technophobe I had managed not to book the MOT but he noticed & called me to check if I wanted it. Very professional.

The work carried out was spot-on. Both of the drivers were friendly, courteous and professional.
Just a few small things though, I had to hunt for one of the wheel nuts that weren't in the kit and the radio wasn't returned to my station of choice. Also the heated seat was left on. I know a driver will want to enjoy the drive but at least return all settings to how they were found. Thank you

He suggested replacing the front brake pads but called me before carrying out the work .

Turned up when advised to collect car.
Job then done quickly and efficiently and car returned.
Good communication.

I didn’t meet the mechanic but he followed my instructions to collect the vehicle and was polite and friendly on the phone. Communication was good. I haven’t yet inspected the work carried out.
