Will they charge me extra we didn’t agree on payment £144 labour for broken bult when they fix it the reason . they ask me to pay for it

I called you the day before to inform you the bolt that holds your alternator was broken and a additional cost would apply as a third party repairer would need to be called out to rectify this and you agreed I can’t believe you have agreed to this then give me a bad review
