Friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. Little work done as just an MOT, but efficient and back within the time he said.

Sam was brilliant! So friendly, gave me 45 minutes notice for when he was due, still managed to be a half hour early and had the job done in under an hour. He explained the work carried out, and I'm confident that it was completed to a high standard, for a very fair price. I'd definitely book with him again. Thank you Sam!

Sam was friendly and helpful. He kept me updated with progress on the car and even though a lot more work was required on the car than anticipated, he still got it all done in good time and back to me on the same day.

Sam did the service and MOT. However, he was late in arriving although phoned, very late in delivering, I had to phone him to see what the delay was. Added the classic £10+ for a faulty bulb before MOT although the bulbs were fine when vehicle was handed over. Didn't tell me about this until the car was delivered back and no proof shown of faulty bulb. Could be true but i'm suspicious, especially when someone sees me as disabled.

Sam was great throughout from initial communication through to the actual job. He was knowledgable, told me in advance what parts he was using and did the job very quickly. He was very patient as he told us he would be early and my wife took the car so he had a 20 minute wait, which he didn’t complain about and even refused a cup of tea! All in all the work was excellent, friendly and professional, and for a very competitive price!

This was my second experience of Click Mechanic, used the same person and he (Sam) was really good! Turned up when he said he would, explained the timing for my cars MOT and returned my car as planned, fully MOT'd. Great service, would definitely recommend and use again.
