Work took quite a bit longer than expected (overnight) however he managed to save me some money and good work so can't complain. Good comms.

Sam was very prompt, professional and friendly. Sam had a problem on the original day the work was booked as he was involved in a car accident on the way to us. He contacted me straight away to arrange another day at our convenience. On that day he arrived very promptly, took the car for the mot, then call as soon as it had done to give me the good news that it had passed. Sam was very helpful and explained exactly what needed doing. He gave me the quote for the extra work before commencing the repairs.
