Work was fine. However it was booked for a 9:30 call on Tuesday and took until Friday to resolve.

Good afternoon Mr Worthington,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review.
As you were aware in plenty of time on the Tuesday I was unable to honour the original booking and we re-arranged for the following day. As you stated you wouldn’t be home until 14.00 the following day and I collected the car shortly after that. On removal of the gearbox that afternoon I made you aware that the vehicle needed 2 extra parts one of unfortunately wasn’t in stock. I ordered these extra bits first thing on the Thursday as you were aware, one part arrived within the hour of me making the phone call and the other at 16.
00 that afternoon. Again as I made you aware I worked on as long as I could that evening and got the majority of the underside of the vehicle complete. I completed the job on the Friday morning and delivered the car back at your convenience (between 12.00-14.00) as you had asked.
I communicated with you fully throughout the job, making you aware of the delays due to parts etc.
If I knew the vehicle would of needed the extra parts prior to removing the gearbox I would of ordered them in advance to avoid any delay, but unfortunately there is no way of knowing until the gearbox is removed.
I am glad you are happy with the quality of the work, and if I can do anything for you in the future please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Sam arrived early thanks to a courteous text message from him the night before which made my life a lot easier. He was informative and knowledgeable. As to his speed, I used to use a High Street type service centre. I'd need to drop the vehicle off by 8.30am and I'd be lucky if I got the vehicle back the same day. I'd have to chase them up a number of times over the phone. Sam on the other hand came to me and collected my car and was back before 1pm all complete. I couldn't ask for a better service.
