Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Full Service

Sam turned up when he said he would, and that’s it for the highlights!! Wanted a service on my Range Rover Evoque, I asked if he could update the electronic service record and he said that it wouldn’t be a problem. He picked the car up and dropped it off and said everything was fine and the record had been updated. I checked and it hadn’t so he said it can take a couple of hours to update sometimes. 2 weeks later it’s still not updated!! Sam was supposed to come round today to update the record but surprise surprise I got a text this morning saying he had to reset his username on Tuesday as couldn’t get on the system so wouldn’t be able to come today, it’s Friday and we’re in the 21st century, resetting usernames doesn’t take 3 days!!! So I’ve had to get a refund and now I’m the process of getting my car booked in somewhere where they will do what they say they will and paying for another service!! Ridiculous and disappointing experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I apologise for not being able to reset your digital service history. I have never had a problem with doing it before, until now.
Like I explained to you, I gave you a full refund based on the fact I cannot access the portal to reset your service history, and have requested a new username and password. When I finally do manage to get this sorted, I will be more than happy to come over and update the history and let you have the service free of charge for any inconvenience that’s been caused.
