This is the second year Sam has serviced my car and this year I decided to take up the offer of a reduced price mot with a full service. Sam kept me informed of his arrival time and everything was carried out to a high standard, so much so that I wouldn't use anyone else!

Hi Andrea thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I am unsure as to what you mean by forgetting ‘some’ tools. I drive a modern fully equipped workshop van with every tool needed for working on modern and classic vehicles to hand, and up-to-date diagnostic machines.
As for the lack of communication, I have just gone back through my text messages to you, I was in contact with you a couple of days before the job, the morning of the job, when I was en route to do the job and then when I arrived.

Peugeot 107 Water pump replacement
Replace the radiator bottom hose clip and bleed the cooling system accordingly.

Sam was very friendly , and honest . A main dealer had said both my radiator and water pump needed replacing , and I had booked Sam to do both . I was very pleasantly surprised when he called me out to the car to say nothing was wrong with the radiator - it had been a mangled Jubilee clip on one of the hoses , the clip just needed replacing . The water pump was leaking , so he replaced that, but refunded me the radiator replacement charge. Hugely impressed with this as I quite honestly would not have known and he could have just gone ahead and replaced the radiator unnecessarily. I recommend Sam wholeheartedly 😊.
