Apart from the surprise extra £73 and the pervasive smell of hydraulic fluid that persists, it was a good job. I did say if there were any extras then to do them but I thought that changing the slave cylinder was a standard part of the job.

There was a delay in getting the work completed on your vehicle you are correct, but I kept in daily contact with you regarding this. There was nothing more I could of possibly done, you seemed to be quite happy when I offered you a free MOT test when the vehicle is due because of the inconvenience you had been caused.
With regards to the quality of the work, I diagnosed your vehicle correctly and completed the work with no issues.

Sam appeared friendly, had external complications with the repair due to parts being delivered incorrect but still managed to get the job done on time. I also think that Sam fixed/cleaned few other bits too as the car sounds much better now, tho this could be due to the timing belt replacement. I haven't had a chance to hear Sam's feedback yet about the repair but will give him a bell. I am overall extremely happy with the service. I tend to be fearful of garages and don't trust them but this click mechanic gives you peace of mind due to monitored reviews which you can view.
