Sam was very friendly and sorted my car quickly (replacement starter motor). He checked my car before beginning the work to double check that the starter motor was the problem as it had been diagnosed by another mechanic. He explained what he had done and gave me all relevant information regarding warranty etc. I am very happy with the work that was done and will definitely use Sam again. I will also be recommending him to my friends. Excellent service.

Sam was not able to arrive within the 8-10am window due to a childcare issue but he let us know when he was en route. He was a friendly, courteous guy who did the work quickly and to a high standard.

I am very happy with the work that Sam carried out. He had asked if he could come round earlier than the allocated 8am-10am slot and we agreed 7.30am. He was actually quite late, but he texted me to explain the circumstances and still arrived within the original time slot, so that's only a minor quibble.
