Sam was on time,polite and replaced the alternator belt in good time,he went the extra mile(literally !) as the part needed was not available locally,very happy.

He was excellent, very polite and explained what he had done service wise to both cars. Also what could do with being done in next few months. Excellent time keeping and friendly manner

Sam was brilliant, arrived within the allotted time and took the car and brought it back within the hour. Sam was actually honest enough to advise that the rear pads were ok and didn't need replacing! How refreshing! Will definitely be using him again for my service.

Sam was friendly and explained everything clearly. He came to change the starter motor (previously diagnosed as faulty by another Clickmechanic) but preferred to check if it was the battery instead. He changed the battery quickly and for a good price but the day after my car wouldn't start again - failed starter motor. Sam arrived later than agreed (8am but he arrived at 10.10) due to seeing another car. He didn't communicate with me to say when he expected to be with me. When doing the job he seemed in a rush to leave. Happy with the standard of the work but wish he'd taken more time to check that all was ok with my car.

Figured out the starter motor was ok and replaced the battery instead. Cheaper for me and exceeded expectations. Happy customer.
