Sam was amazing. I hadn’t realised that the car needed replacement brake discs as well as the pads I’d booked him for. Sam very honestly explained why he was reluctant to change the pads when the discs would only ruin them! He arranged to come back a few days later with the discs and do the whole job as one. Despite me messing him about with a job he couldn’t complete, he kept to his word and was back today to change the discs and pads. All done within 50 mins of arrival - amazing! And he didn’t even charge any extra labour. Would recommend Sam to anyone and will definitely be using him again. Thanks!.
