Collected the car, got all the work done- service, timing belt and pump, MOT, and regas of air con done without any hassle and offered to tank up the car when returning it but all the garages were sold out/ had ridiculously long queues so had to give it a miss but it was the thought that counts. Absolute pleasure dealing with him. This was the 4th time I’ve used Click Mechanic and the ethos they engender Creates a first class service. One super satisfied customer.

Jack was extremely pleasent and friendly, he kept me informed at all times of how it was pogressing and when he expected to return the car. There was a slight hitch with a wrong part delivered which meant a delay on returning the vehicle but it was no great problem.

No where is my report on whats wrong with car

I’m a little surprised by your review , as in it does not match any previous reviews I’ve previously received.
The report is attached to your invoice and a verbal conversation has been had with your brother who was present with your car .
The fault is the steering lock / column which is clearly stated in your report and has been emailed to you .I’m actually trying to help your brother resolve this matter as economically as possible.
How ever if your un happy with me , then let me know so that I don’t waste any more time trying to source your parts , as it’s a old car I, it is quite difficult to locate .

Great service. Called to let me know they were on their way. Got straight to work and the work was quickly and efficiently done. Even when an issue was encountered, they just got on dealt with it.
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
