Yes - the problem was quickly identified and the part removed from the vehicle and replaced once a new part was sourced. The wiper washing pump was faulty and when replaced the water tank was filled along with screen wash and tested. Quickly and efficiently.

It is really hard to find a mechanic who you trust and feel isn’t going to invent or conflate the problem. I have used Kryiarcos a couple of times now and he has always been spot on for me. I like someone to be upfront and honest and to feel they understand you. His work is quality and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I will not be going anywhere else.
