Kyriacos Was excellent came to my house diagnosed the problem with my mini that was overheating collected my car from my house and took it away and came back repaired exactly what you want from a mechanic was honest and informed me of the issues and advised how I should keep an eye on it going forward replaced my water pump and thermostat housing is running good and pleased with his professionalism great guy highly recommend cheers 🍻

I was uncertain, as the work carried out was not visible. Checked quote for further work with my regular mechanic, who said he doubted that this was the problem, and the quote was "steep" and he will test for me on Monday.
The mechanic obliged by coming back to move the car as it was parked too close to the street on the driveway but he kept referring to my age and possible slow reactions which I felt was unprofessional. Also he kept saying I probably wouldn't want to pay for this repair and, if not, he knew of firms that would buy it.

Firstly I’d like to clear one important thing regarding your age , when I confirmed there was a actual fault with your car .
You said great I though it was my fault as I had operation recently and I said no that wasn’t the case because your had faults logged in the transmission.
Secondly I referred to we buy any car .com , which I have no association with .
Nevertheless if your not happy with my services, which clearly you are not .
I will arrange a full refund.
And lastly I did come back to move your car as you said it was overhanging the foot path which it was not .
I’ll send you a photo for clarification that was taken on my arrival .
Nevertheless I will arrange a refund if that will please you .

Kyriacos was prompt, professional, friendly and a great communicator (I know very little about anything under the bonnet). Jobs were carried out with minimum fuss and everything worked pefectly after the work (incl. a long trip with fragile elderly passengers). Very impressive. Friendly , cheerful (despite rotten conditions ) and polite.
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
