Ford Focus Heater matrix replacement

I had the heater matrix replaced. He collected the car on the Monday and I was supposed to get it back the next day. When he was bringing it back he said that something wasn’t right and that he’d have to take it back to the garage. He called me back to let me know he’d made a mistake and that he’d fix and it kindly offered to an interim service to compensate the delay in getting the car back to me. Whether the service was done or not I don’t know because he never mentioned it again.
A week later the engine light started flashing and the car was really struggling. I called Kyriacos and he said he would come out the next day (Friday) to diagnose.
On the Friday he called to say he couldn’t make it until Monday. Monday came and I heard nothing from him, I called him Tuesday and he said he would be out on Wednesday. I haven’t heard a thing from him since so I’m left with a car that I’ve just paid £640 to fix and can’t drive it.
With the way this was handled I have lost all confidence in him. I would much rather he said he wasn’t able to come out to look at the car instead of messing me around the way he has done.

Work was fine but very poor when it comes to being responsive, reliable and keeping promises/honouring his word. Has the tendency to make empty promises about showing up or carrying out additional works in the future.

Hi thanks for the review , unfortunately for us both. This is not a consistent issue, more of a isolated one to be fair .
However your original booking was for a complete door mirror replacement, we’re in fact you only actually needed a mirror cover , which we did and reduced your quote significantly.
When you complained about a window switch issue and then mirror cover falling off ( you failed to give me the part back ) when we finally returned, we supplied you with a painted mirror cover and fixed your window switch (which had nothing to do with us ) all for free with out charge, I believe that was a sufficient and quality service ,but did take a little longer than we both wanted for which we apologies and this is down to me and has no reflection on click mechanic, however we still appreciate your review and hope to improve our service.

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
