Hello. You asked me to give the review. Here it is.
First mechanic booked for 9am but arrived at 1430. No phone call to inform me of the delay. And was unable to do the job. Wanted more money and recovery service. Had to reject him outright.
Second mechanic booked for 10am but arrived at 1400. Again no phone call to say I will be late. Was unable to get the part so I had to go to the euro car parts to buy one. Warranty void due to the fact I had to buy the part. Rediculous excuse but matched by the experience over all. Part fitted finally but car doesn’t start. Mechanic promises to come back in next few days to establish why car doesn’t start but guess what, never did.
Conclusion is that your services should be avoided at all costs. My car is fixed now by reputable garage and I should keep their number close to hand should there be any problems.

I’m not sure if the history of your recent car issues . But your booking was specifically for me to change a part that you specifically requested . The fact it didn’t fix your issue was in no way fault , however I was sympathetic to your problem and offered to comeback for a complimentary visit but due to the fact I was extremely busy and was not a option.
So I think your comments are a little unfair and don’t seem to match up with any other previous customer’s comments, may be your comments were not meant for me , but on behalf of click mechanic , our intention are allways to give the customer what they need .
And if this does not work, there’s allways a solution. I wish you the best and again accept my apologies for not resolving your problem, but just to reilliterate I only did exactly what you asked and replaced the engine speed sensor

Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Wing mirror replacement (unpainted / electric) - driver side

The mechanics were really good, very friendly and did a great job and were very quick.
Only downside is I was quoted £216 and it cost me £516, which is a significant difference. Not the mechanics fault, but it would be good if the quoting could be more accurate as it's harder to budget for when there's such a difference.
Overall very happy with the service.

I totally agree , this is why I told you the price difference before attending and replacing door mirror components, nevertheless there’s no excuse other than its very rare for price not to be correct, I’d say 99% of quotes are accurate. So I’m going to contact click mechanic and ask them to refund the labour charge as a good will gesture, I hope this helps a little.

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
