Your mechanic Kyriacos, with whom I was booked with came early on Saturday 1st August, the next day, in the morning and checked the Battery in my Car, which was, it appeared the issue stopping everything that had worked before, to start and work the Car's, original very new Battery!

That Battery was the one, I had originally bought and renewed for my Car (i.e. the Meriva Vauxhall registration No EO09UCV), from HALFORDS STORE, based in IPSWICH, Suffolk Retail Park, bought back on Sunday 22nd March 2026, so only 4 months previously before the Battery collapsed?!

Kyriacos explained to me that the Battery, I had on new from 22nd March, had broken down as he had tried to Charge it, but it did not work and explained to me, that I needed a new one to replace the previous one in the Car, for which he was so kind enough to later in the day, around 4pm, collect a new one for me and kindly replace it, so I could return back on the road knowing the new battery would last much longer than what I thought was the new one on the Car which had lasted only 4 months?! I will today (i. e. Monday 03-08-26) take the Battery back to HALFORDS STORE, to complain about it, as I bought it with a 4years Guarantee, so really should have the £89-00 return on it?!

So I highly appreciate how friendly and helpful Kyriacos was to me during that next day after I had booked him through Click Mechanic and so could then drive back the next day to Kesgrave, (i.e. bordering Ipswich), to stay for 2 days and subsequently return back later today to my House at No 1 Sedgwick Road, Leyton, E10 6QR, London, later this evening!
