The engineer appeared knowledgeable but was unable to resolve the issue and stated he need to consult further to provide a complete diagnosis.
At this time he undertook to update his reports. It took several calls and requests and days to have an updated report which essentially stated he was unable to repair and a dealership visit was required.
Given the poor communication and the lack of a timeline adherence it is unlikely I would reuse this service.

Took the car diagnosed what was causing the problem and fixed it.
Definately using him for any future issues if they happen.
Pity the previous click mechanic guy wasnt as diligent

My mechanic was punctual and kept me up to date. He was professional and took time to explain what was wrong with my car. He was not condescending which I have encountered with a lot of other mechanics
